Greetings all. Mild Temps in Chicagoland area.. Took my second ride since before thanksgiving. Rolled her outta the dining room. She started right up and I rode about an hour and a half. Bike worked great!!!~ Ive got a little over 600 miles and there is still a trace of nub left from the nubs when the tires were new. Im thinkng these are good tires that wear slow? Another couple of great days coming up for folks in these parts.
All the things that bugged me about my SCR when I first got it, have disappeared. Its comfortable now. Even the seat and pegs. The bike has truley grown on me.
Happy Trails!!!

No that was just drivin around town. Made a couple stops. Rode thru a park etc.
Maybe 20 miles.... Just riding around. It was great to be able to again! And to finally have a good bike to ride!.
I'd have to get in better shape to make a long ride like coast to coast. You gotta prepare for something like that I figure. A lot of planning, money training and time.
Would be an unforgettable trip though!!!!
You could make a vid out of it for sure. Coast to coast on an SCR950... Yamaha for a sponsor!!! lol
