I would like to swap the handle bar and levers with black colored options. I am not too mechanically saavy but can do simple swaps. Can someone point me towards options that dont require much modifications and allow a straight swap. Thanks.

Renthal ‘Enduro High’ bars go pretty much straight on. Slightly wider than stock, but not by much. Check out the thread:
