Well, for the moment, i've got 2 motorbikes: Honda 1200 crosstourer dct for longer rides and travelling and this new yamaha scr for shorter rides in the area (maximum 200 kms per day). The yamaha is way not as powerful as the honda ( 54 hp compared to 129 hp!) but nevertheless, the riding gives a lot of pleasure! The honda allows to ride fast, far and comfortably ( 6 or 700 kms a day w/o any problems). I bought the yamaha for going back to the roots of motorbike. The scr is simple, pure, vibrating, great sound, a lot of torque, vintage look,... it makes my day when i ride it!
This yamaha is my 8th motorbike! I started with honda xr250 and went on with honda xlr600, suzuki freewind650, yamaha tdm900, honda cbf1000 '07, honda cbf1000 '12, honda crosstourer1200 dct and now scr950.
