I was concerned about that very same thing after installing my Velociraptor and later on the Cobra. I pulled the spark plugs and they looked fine. Many other members have changed out either the intake or exhaust w/o reprogramming the ECU and have had great results. Don't worry about it too much, it could result in warts! As in... worry wart! I ran a long time, probably 8,000 miles with a different intake and finally did the full meal deal, intake, exhaust and Ivan's reflash ( which I highly recommend). An incredible increase in performance and driveability. There is no way you damaged the engine with just an intake swap! Quit worrying and start wrenching! Thanks for the ease of mind. I think before I ride it again I am going to get the ECU flashed by Ivan.
