**** it man, get a grip.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the stock grips on the SCR. I don't like the way they feel even through gloves. I found these grips on eBay for cheap. I love the way they feel and the retro look which I think compliments the bike.

Those are the very same grips that came on my '79 Bonneville! I guess if you wait long enough, like 40 years, just about anything comes back into style! Jevers

Stock grips are awful. Swapping my bars and grips to Renthal. In the winter, I’ll have heated grips fitted.
I got the foam grip covers for $10 online. I didn't expect much, but they're pretty great. Got them at least 1500 miles ago, good cheap solution.

Wait a minute, I think I bought a pair of those Grip Puppies about 10 years ago. I dug thru my spare parts bin and sure enough, there they were. Slipped right on and amazingly, they don't slip. AND they look pretty cool. Jevers
