Pulled the trigger and picked up a Luimoto Seat Cover in black leather.

I'm really happy with it. The stock seat cover really holds back the look of the bike IMHO. A nice little bonus is that it adds a little additional padding, which slightly increases comfort. Shipped pretty quickly, took about a week. Quality is top notch. It's well constructed and looks fantastic.

I should note I did shave and flatten my seat a bit to help with comfort.

here are a few pics. The side shot I had not yet installed the belt.

I've always liked that seat cover. It eliminates one of the few things that look cheap on the stock SCR. If the Seat Concepts option doesn't pan out for any reason I will definitely go the route you just took. And I too quickly focused on your Bell Moto helmet. I find there is too much wind noise and turbulence with my unshielded full face helmet for highway use. Plus the interior of mine is worn thin.

Looks smart does that! Aren't the company Canadian? (Think they're selling via eBay to U.K. Riders). I'd have it in black too.....was it a faff to fit?

Hey can you fit your helmet in those bags? Thanks.
They're not large enough for a helmet. Probably just big enough for 18 cans of beer :wink2:

It seems they are Canadian, though the email I got from the Vendor was Euro Motard (purchased through Amazon) so who knows. It was very easy to fit. You will need an electric stapler. I had one on hand already. Did the entire install in about 30 minutes. Very simple.

The verdict is still out on whether or not I really like the Bell Moto 3 helmet. I love the style, but I'm awaiting new cheekpads to get the fit right, and the airflow is a bit weird through the goggles I'm using. I have an old Shoei dirtbike helmet I've repurposed for this bike that I might stick with instead. It has a smaller shell and seems to seal up better around the goggles for my use.
