Great idea. Make sure you post some pictures.I got two in the blister pack and two in the box packaging. One I'm going to open up and paint realistically - silver wheels and whatnot - and put it on my desk at work

Probably hiding the air filter, more like....!! >Great find! Just the thing I didn't know I needed in my life. I find it kinda funny that they made them with knobby tires and a brat seat. In every package I've found on ebay so far, the bike is showing the clutch side; it makes me wonder what kind of exhaust they gave it. Only one way to find out! Well, I guess I could wait for one of you folks to get yours in the mail, but I still want one of my own!

Would two or three pill shaped holes look better? Maybe just through the aluminum. I don't want to try and fail ha ha.Probably hiding the air filter, more like....!! >

Heh heh - I was only joking. There’s lots of options out there if you want to replace it, or even modify the original. Those holes could look OK, matching the exhaust heat shield.Would two or three pill shaped holes look better? Maybe just through the aluminum. I don't want to try and fail ha ha.
The pic was just vinyl I cut and stuck on sloppily.
Got mine today too. I think this things weight and balance are proportionally accurate. It's going to be tough trying to paint the little bits for a more realistic look. Not sure I'm that ambitious.Mine arrived in the mail just now.
It's pretty cool! The muffler is an upswept, reverse megaphone tipped one, not the OEM bazooka. =)
The instrument pod is a dot below the handlebars, like on a Bolt.
There are other minute details that differ from the real bike, yet all in all it's a neat little toy SC950!
I got creative with a paper clip and made a stand for it.....and here it is!
I went with two nickels to stand mine up. Now I just need to decide where it should live. I can't let it disappear into the eldritch morass that I call my desk.I got creative with a paper clip and made a stand for it.
Notice the misspelled label YAHAMA.I'm not sure why these suddenly popped up on eBay. Maybe because they are labeled as a 2018 model. We all know that's not going to happen. Maybe they can't put them in the stores because they are incorrectly labeled. So maybe these ebay people somehow snapped them all up. Just a theory. Got nothing that supports it.
The misspelling just makes it that much more collectible - like an error coin.Notice the misspelled label YAHAMA.
