I'm not sure why these suddenly popped up on eBay. Maybe because they are labeled as a 2018 model. We all know that's not going to happen. Maybe they can't put them in the stores because they are incorrectly labeled. So maybe these ebay people somehow snapped them all up. Just a theory. Got nothing that supports it. But I ordered a package deal of two for $6 with free shipping. Now I can leave one in the packaging and open the other one for making mod's. Where's my dremel.........

Custom Matchbox SCR

I got two in the blister pack and two in the box packaging. One I'm going to open up and paint realistically - silver wheels and whatnot - and put it on my desk at work

Charles.
Great idea. Make sure you post some pictures.
Now I need to buy an assortment of testors model paint.
I'm gonna need a set of mini Pony Express Bags.
I'll snip a windshield out of the clear packaging.
I better order a couple more before they are gone for good.
There were a few bundled deals at 6 and 8 count.

Great find! Just the thing I didn't know I needed in my life. I find it kinda funny that they made them with knobby tires and a brat seat. In every package I've found on ebay so far, the bike is showing the clutch side; it makes me wonder what kind of exhaust they gave it. Only one way to find out! Well, I guess I could wait for one of you folks to get yours in the mail, but I still want one of my own!

Would two or three pill shaped holes look better? Maybe just through the aluminum. I don't want to try and fail ha ha.
The pic was just vinyl I cut and stuck on sloppily.
Heh heh - I was only joking. There’s lots of options out there if you want to replace it, or even modify the original. Those holes could look OK, matching the exhaust heat shield.

Mine arrived in the mail just now.
It's pretty cool! The muffler is an upswept, reverse megaphone tipped one, not the OEM bazooka. =)
The instrument pod is a dot below the handlebars, like on a Bolt.
There are other minute details that differ from the real bike, yet all in all it's a neat little toy SC950!

Got mine today too. I think this things weight and balance are proportionally accurate. It's going to be tough trying to paint the little bits for a more realistic look. Not sure I'm that ambitious.

....and here it is!
I got creative with a paper clip and made a stand for it.
I also tried to get the proper perspective for a photo with my matchbox 70 Chevelle but I'm not too happy with the results.

Misspelled Label (YAHAMA)

Notice the misspelled label YAHAMA.
