28 degree F and sleeting, but I made the trip to the dealer and picked one up for an amazing price. Been out of the game for about 10 years, my last street bike was a Triumph Scrambler I sold when I moved from SoCal to NH. I got me some forum reading to do.

No I didn't ride it home in the mess.

Thanks for the welcome. I took a voluntary sabbatical while basically starting over in a new place, new job, new family. I kind of feel I'm picking up where I left off, with a "scrambler" style bike.

Congrats bud. Welcome back in! Triumph Scramblers are cool. Test drove one at a dealer out here in Michigan several years ago (that was before they were fuel injected). I think you will find your SCR very similar in torque, handling (and a much better value) and I believe you will not be disappointed! Let the fun begin . . .
