Hello all. I’ve been ghosting this forum ever since I saw my first SCR 950. It brought me right back to memories of riding my 1975 Yamaha DT100 as a teenager. Well here I am at age 52… got the kids settled with college, took care of the honey-do list… and I figured it was time to pull the trigger. I picked up this SCR with less than a 1,000 miles on it. It now has some of the following add-ons: wind/glare screen, wrapped mufflers, rear fender eliminator, license plate side-mount, Vance & Hines air intake, Corbin seat, Yamaha Saddlebag, and Baron slash cut exhaust. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I do. Thank you to those who contributed to this forum with some awesome insight and ideas. I’m ready to ride!

Nice, I'm not sure you deserve the Corbin without suffering the OEM first, you lose the half the pleasure that way.... anyway welcome and looking forward to more piccies of the SCR on the road.

That's hilarious! Everyone on this forum set me straight about the OEM seat... I wanted to make sure I experienced all the joy I was anticipating LOL

Fair enough, I don't have a problem with the seat, there again I have not done more than a 100miles, its She Who Gave Permission who complains, compares unfavourably with the pillion on the XJ900...🏍
