Found and old ticket holder, to put my insurance and registration in. Affixed it to the inside of my left number plate/ panel with some 3m Velcro. Hidden and secure.

Smart thinking, and great solution! I used to put mine in a simple forkbag I made but the paper didn't hold up well to Midwestern humidity. Fortunately I live in a State where electronic versions of Insurance cards are accepted by law enforcement, so I keep a PDF copy on my phone.

Thanks, I live in Michigan and they allow proof of insurance digitally as well, just nice to have the hard copies. Also they are laminated for extra protection since I have access to a laminating machine at work.

Expanding on the laminated card idea, I keep a neatly trimmed one in my wallet and, inside a number panel on the SCR, I put a second laminated card attached with a small blob of clear silicone RTV.
With the side panels held on with Dzus fasteners vs. the original bolts, getting to it in a pinch was quick and easy.
