Do you have Ebay in Siberia? You could probably just find a used one for cheap. Same shock as a Yamaha Bolt. But, as Yamota says, replacing would be a good option. Stock shocks are not great.

It looks like you can rebuild the shocks.
There's a removable cap on the reservoir that likely has a rubber plug under it to recharge the shocks and the seal looks like it comes out.
I'd still replace them tho.
As a last resort, a bunch of different shocks will fit on the bike.
Harley sportster, plus old yamaha, honda and suzuki cruisers.
As long as the shocks arent more than an inch or so longer you can make them work with a new bushing.
Some guys run sportster shocks to raise the bike up a bit.
