Now that is cool as heck, but I will not be attempting anything along those lines. I can honestly say I don't have the skill for it and really don't want to hurt myself or the bike lol

I'd probably just rent a dirt bike for a day and slide that around, wouldn't want anything to happen to a new scr950 and that kind of riding requires more control than I have. Did you see him fishtail a bit when he pulled it upright again?

Or just hope that Yamaha plans to have some test day for regular folks and not just the media. It's the only way i would do this sort of thing, aside from that i'm mainly a street guy. The most off road I get is with the grass and pebbles surrounding my cottage :D

Having a test day on a track like that for regular people could cause quite the amount of damage ! I'm not sure a lot of people are familiar with riding on terrain such as that !

Well they don't have to accept every single person but instead have a vetting process. Require that people register and in that process they have to qualify for certain things.

Like if you put down a deposit.

Plus if they plan on filming riders feedback, there's nothing better than feedback from someone who actually wants to spend money on SOMETHING in that segment and looking to do it soon.

Can't wait until the winter season is over so I can do some riding, maybe go out to some packed dirt roads and give those a try at slow speeds.

Here's a new picture of them tearing it up in the dirt on the Brat Style SCR950. This makes me want to learn how to do controlled slides and doughnuts on a motorcycle.

That does look pretty epic. Would make for a great photo shoot as well. I'm sure with a bit of practice, you'll be able to get it down, maybe practice with a cheaper bike though?

I would hate to know all the little scratches it leaves on the paint and where all the dust got into, not always easy to clean up after creating a mess like this.
