I just measured mine. It measures as a M8x13. It's a flange bolt, so the "washer" is made on it. If you get one at a hardware store, a 8mm diameter by 15mm long metric bolt should work. Not that you're going to order one, the OEM part# is 95022-08014-00.

I assume you dropped the bolt into the abyss. See this thread for an alternative.

No more inadvertently dropping the seat retainer bolt into the abyss when removing the seat. Now I just loosen the screw and slide the seat forward on an upward angle. Opposite process for reinstalling the seat. No I am not worried about the seat falling off if the screw loosens up. I would have...
