First time I've been camping in twenty years, so had my brand new tent, but I was a mere tyro compared to some , note the brown tent complete with woodburner, bed ,table and chairs

120 mile round trip , through Petworth , upto Whiteways Cafe ( I really liked the Rat Honda , with a sticker that said " shiny paint causes stress"), then through wooded lanes to Midhurst for a fuel stop

Then back for conviviality and ale, The Bolters kindly pouring me into my tent when the fresh air got to much......

Then a wet & soggy ride home ... I was lucky , only 30 minutes away, compared to the riders from Manchester and Belfast!
