Hi I am starting this thread so we can post in here the details of those people in the motorcycle business who are worthy of recommendation, i.e. a tank dent repairer, custom job welder, etc.
I am opening the score by recommending Tom Shaw of Moto Junkies. He has picked up my bike in Missouri and transported it to Miami, in what could be best described as a flawless, impeccable operation.
Tom was communicative, formal, punctual and utterly professional. He scrutinized the bike in total detail and took pictures even of a pinhole mark in the tank.
He has an enclosed dedicated transporter and he only works transporting motorcycles, so he not only knows what he is doing, he also knows how fuzzy motorcycle customers are.
Delivery was a hassle-free issue and driver/operator Pam truly lovely and a surprise.
The price was excellent. Tom has a lot of references in Uship but of course if you contact him directly then you will get a super deal.
His contact details are 314-450-6699 [email protected]
Please mention that I recommended him, I do not mind getting some brownie points with him for a future transport :smile2:
