Had a space cadet moment and tried to pull out of a parking spot with the steering lock engaged that resulted in a very low speed tip over. Whoopsie!

Handlebar are now out of alignment with the front wheel. I will be loosening the cap nuts on the bottom of the triple tree and realigning. Does anyone know what the torque spec on that piece is?

The lower two are about 14ft-lbs each, working them alternately until tight.
The single top pinch bolt is like 19ft-lb.

So, I started fiddling with the handlebar to get the mounts back in alignment after my drop. I realized that I could swivel the handlebars at the mounts by standing in front of the bike, jamming the front wheel against my leg and applying pressure to the bars. I wouldn’t say that the mounts turn easily but it wasn’t as though I was muscling them either. Is this normal or a rubber bushing mount? Do I just keep at it until I’ve got the bars realigned?
