I used to own an R6, but recently my interests fell more into muscle bikes, unfortunately I can't afford the payment of the Harley I want and a new 17' R6 so i traded it for an scr950 just as a temp bike and since it's much cheaper as well but I've actually come to really liking the scrambler a lot and would like to upgrade some stuff. I really want to add a halo headlight but not sure if there are any out there ):
well anyway, I found this place and hope it's active, a little about me, I ride p much only in the city and have found the scr to be super comfy but I scraped my leg right under my calf twice already because of the pegs haha

Welcome! Sold a FZ09 to buy a SCR950, myself. =)
Bunch of cool stuff on this forum.
I'll start by agreeing with the peg observation.
Check out the optional Yamaha ADV pegs. They are the same style, if not directly swappable with the
originals on my 2012 Super Tenere 1200. I have yet to suffer bleeding shins after changing over to them on the SCR.
Money well spent and they're comfortable, too!

Must be some sort of pattern here - I had an XSR900 before the SCR.
