Will these bars work? Are they the right clamp size?

They are the right diameter of 7/8". So, the stock clamps and switch gear will work.
The main concern would be, "Will they clear the fuel tank at full steering lock?"
That, I cannot say.

I actually got it from the dealership with the new turn signals. The flash rate didn't increase because of some unit in the wiring they installed. I forgot the name of what it needs so it doesnt increase.

I think it's a a flasher module of some kind. I think another method is to splice small resistors in series with the flasher circuit. I plan on changing mine to LEDs at some point. Hoping someone can explain exactly what I need to do so the signals don't flash at a high rate.
