One interesting thing is although this guy got to ride the SCR950, he's most likely to go with the Bolt... which is a bit concerning. Anyone here looked into the Bolt as yet? Thinking we might be seeing some members here go that route and ditch the SCR.
If he's already ridden the Bolt a few times then I can see why he would go for it. The Bolt is like an old school cruiser and it's the best selling model in the star cruiser line. The styling of the Bolt is just not what I'm looking for since it sits a lot lower and the handlebars are higher. The scr950 ergonomics are more to my taste.
He does make a mention of the seating height. The reviewer is 5' 6" and can flat foot on one side or the balls of his feet when both feet are down. Anyone shorter than that may have some problems.
Well that's unfortunate. Shorter riders won't be able to lower the scr950 to make it more short people friendly. Any shorter than 5' 5" and you may not be able to touch the ground.
